Computer not seeing BioVet system (when the BioVet software is started it cannot find the BioVet system i.e. will not connect)
Once operating in the BioVet software, the USB is disconnecting and reconnecting continuously (an error box appears in the BioVet software)
No trigger to the imaging instrument
