Comments:  

In Vivo DTI of mouse brain at 9.4T using m2m quadrature volume coil at Department of Radiology, University of Pennsylvania.

Image details:  TR = 2 s, TE = 31 ms, FOV = 2 cm x 2 cm, image matrix=128 x 128, slice thickness=1mm, number of acquisitions = 4, diffusion gradient = 18 G/cm for 4 ms, diffusion time = 20 ms, b=692 s2/mm. Acquisition time=2 hr.

T2-weighted images of mouse brain at 9.4T and directionally encoded color map of the corresponding DTI data.

The image label are defined as: Cx, cerebral cortex; AC, anterior commissure; OT, optic tract; CC, corpus callosum; fi, fimbria; EC, external capsule; IC, internal capsule.
